- Walkthroughs are $125, and go towards your final invoice when you hire us.
- Post walkthrough, we will send you an estimate for the job.
- Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to our schedule.

With over 25+ years of construction and carpentry experience, Ken founded Iron Castle Construction Company. We are committed to providing honest service, quality work, and effective communication. We are a family and veteran-owned and operated business with a small and mighty team that aims to help you love your home.
The name Iron Castle Construction Company comes from Ken’s time serving in the Army. In one of his last assignments, Ken commanded the Army’s historic “Iron Castle” Engineer Brigade. Under his command, the Iron Castle Brigade completed millions of dollars’ worth of construction projects in fifteen countries across four continents. Ken led the Iron Castle Brigade to win the Army’s best engineer unit for four consecutive years. Ken honored his unit and his fellow soldiers by naming his company after the Army’s best engineer brigade: Iron Castle!
